- Ensure that food is prepared and cooked according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks when needed.
About You
- Previous experience working in a culinary role, preferably with supervisory skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes
- Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast–paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
