Hours: 45 hours per week - 42 weeks per year

We are recruiting for a Chef Manager at Borough academy, 94B Southwark Bridge Road London SE10EX

Working term time (45 Weeks per year)

Shift times: 6.30am - 3.30pm 

Monday to Friday (42 Hours per week)

Salary: £40,000 Per annum 

Duties Include:

• cooking from our amazing menu from scratch
• Managing a full kitchen team, ordering produce
• responsible for the health and safety
• being financially accountable for the unit attaining its GP/COGs
• Maintaining a high level of food safety and hygiene compliance

Skills needed:

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff
• Technical Cooking Skills
• Ability to work in challenging environments, while maintaining high standards
• Organisational and administrative skills
• Food hygiene and food preparation qualifications
