SalaryBarnet Council are looking for a Chief Accountant.
- £600 per day.
- Inside IR35.
- Hybrid working.
To manage the closure of Accounts team ensuring the accounts and related notes are produced in line with the statutory deadline and act as the main liaison point between the council and its external auditors. Management of 3 Finance Managers who look after capital accounting, the close down timetable and act as the interface between the closing team, the rest of finance and other council departments.
