Chief Accountant

Chief Accountant needed in Barnet, £476.80 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1271123

To manage the closure of Accounts team ensuring the accounts and related notes are produced in line with the statutory deadline and act as the main liaison point between the client and its external auditors.

Management of 3 Finance Managers who look after capital accounting, the closedown timetable and act as the interface between the closing team, the rest of finance and other council departments.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
