Our Chief Executive will play a central leadership role in this work – harnessing and enabling the skills and dedication of colleagues to do the best for Bexley’s residents. You’ll have the leadership presence to inspire and assure others, building momentum and confidence across the organisation. A down-to-earth and authentic working style will fit well with our culture. You’ll bring humility and compassion to working with others, encouraging contributions from all, while ensuring clarity and consistency of direction. Your ability to build positive working relationships, coupled with an assured, in-depth understanding of the sector will be key in establishing credibility and trust with colleagues, partners and our elected Members.
