Chief Executive Officer (Ceo)

Building on the successes of our current CEO who is moving on to pastures new, we are now seeking a new Chief Executive to take the charity on the next stage of its journey. We need an inspirational leader and figurehead who will help raise the organisation’s profile, be credible with key stakeholders and donors, and ensure strong performance from the wider Antibiotic Research UK team.

A strategic thinker, you will possess good commercial acumen and business sense.  You may have some experience in medical research and / or the charity sector, but more important is a clear alignment to our values. You will be driven by the desire to work collaboratively to overcome the threat of antibiotic resistance by leading a unique virtual organisation that plays a vital role in supporting the development of effective treatments, educating the public and professionals about antibiotic resistance, and improving the quality of life for patients with antibiotic-resistant infections.
