The North Yorkshire Moors Railway is a community-based charity, an independent Accredited Museum, and an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation, attracting over 200,000 visitors annually.

The Chief Executive Officer will work within the NYMR governance system and support both the Trust and the Plc boards to deliver their strategic plans robustly and effectively. They will also provide strategic and operational leadership, apply commercial judgement, ensure the focus remains on both Safety Management and Inclusion, and lead the team in delivering the NYMR’s vision, mission, and charitable purposes.
