Amplifi Talent are delighted to be working with this well established global business with offices based in Livingston, looking to add to their finance team an experience and driven Accounts Assistant.  
The main responsibilities of the role; 

• Preparation of bank reconciliations.
• Supporting the reconciliation of inter-company balances.
• Processing of AP invoices.
• Ensure all employee expenses are processed, reviewed, and paid in line with company procedures.
• Preparing AP payment runs.
• Processing of accounting journals including prepayments, accruals, etc.
• Allocating customer payments and posting any adjustments.
• Ad hoc finance admin tasks.
