- Annual Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
- Location: West Lothian
- Job Type: Full-time & Permanent
Key responsibilities:
- Posting journals and handling daily banking activities
- Completing payment allocations and monthly reconciliations
- Preparing and processing weekly and monthly BACs payment runs
- Managing credit control function
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Preparing and submitting VAT Returns
- Collaborating with the Finance Team to provide additional support
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- SAGE experience & proficient on MS Excel packages
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ideally qualified to HNC level in Accountancy.
