Following our exciting reopening period, Bristol Beacon are entering another new chapter as we recruit for a new CEO to take us into the future.
The role of CEO is an incredible opportunity for an inclusive and entrepreneurial leader to embrace the opportunities of leading Bristol Beacon as the venue reopens and starts the next chapter of its history.
You will share our vision of promoting unity and joy through live music, and you’ll have an understanding of the importance of Bristol Beacon’s civic role as well as its unique offer as a music venue, music education hub, and provider of a city wide community engagement programme
You’ll have the ability to be a dynamic leader and advocate for the organisation in the city, region and across the UK, and you’ll have the skills to share our mission with a wide range of partners, stakeholders and communities.
You’ll be a strong relationship builder with a collaborative leadership style, working closely with the Board and senior management team to build a culture of inclusivity.
You’ll have the leadership experience, resilience and commercial acumen to oversee and drive the delivery of ambitious plans within a multi-faceted and evolving business model.
