Chief Executive Officer

 Nottingham Mencap is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to replace the current  incumbent who is retiring in July. Compassionate with strength of character, flexibility, and the ability to lead and work collaboratively are strengths needed in this demanding and rewarding role.  

This is a pivotal time for us as we move to new premises and drive forward plans for expansion. You will need proven leadership and management experience. You will be well-versed in strategic development and planning, financial and operational management, income generation, developing external relationships, and people management.

Supported by our board of trustees you will ensure the organisation evolves to meet current and future challenges and lead our efforts for continual improvement to provide the very best we can for our community.
