Part Time Pa To 2 Directors

DSPR Ltd is a high end construction and renovation company. 

Days/Hours: 20-24hr per week. Can be arranged over 3 to 5 days.

Role:

• Supporting the directors with general running of the office. Eg answering the phones, keeping the office organised, sourcing materials, checking prices on items and purchases. 
• Accountancy - Knowledge of Xero would be a plus. 
• Small amount of personal PA work, such as booking flights and travel.
• Computer skills are very important, must be proficient with Microsoft.
• Looking for an independent, confident person who takes initiative and can prioritise. 

The office consists of two directors and an office administrator, it is a fun and friendly environment. It is easy to access being close to Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith and Kensington Olympia and the office block has showers.
