Inventum are working with an exciting growing independent media and creative agency looking for a new hire, Strategy Director to support them in their period of growth. Exciting pathway to become Head of Strategy.
It will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the strategic direction of our
clients' campaigns, mainly across media (paid, owned and earned) and creative (advertising,
branding and activation)
Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategic planning process for client campaigns, from initial research and insights to
final execution and measurement.
* Collaborate closely with creative, account management, media and digital teams to ensure
strategic alignment across all campaign elements
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making adjustments as necessary to
optimize results
Skills Needed:
* Proven experience in a senior strategic role within an advertising agency or similar
environment - you'll have ideally worked in both media and creative agencies, but an innate
understanding of the creative process is essential
* Strong track record of great campaigns and great new business wins
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both
clients and internal teams (this is essential)
* Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation
