Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Newark - Expanding Legal Practice £85-110K (DOE)
Are you a Financial Controller or Finance Director looking for that next step up? Do you have experience in the professional services industry? This leading law firm and provider of wealth management services, is seeking a business-focused CFO to join their Group Executive team and Board to help drive further growth within the group.
As the CFO you will have responsibility for all aspects of the company's finances. You will provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and the board, ensure the group has a strong and robust financial control environment, and oversee financial planning including working alongside the senior management team to produce long-term financial forecasts and annual/quarterly rolling budgets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting measures, an understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues and tax planning, and experience of strong cash/treasury management including management of banking relationships. You should also have strong leadership, communication, people and organisational skills, and be able to work with diplomacy and assertiveness.
