SF Executive have been retained by a market leading PE house to find a commercially astute and communicative CFO for their high growth portfolio business.
The business in question is very much an infrastructure play and with sites across the UK, the CFO could theoretically be based anywhere - this said, someone in the Midlands or South West would be preferred.
As right hand to the CEO, you will lead the business through a critical phase of growth - generating large revenue streams that can later be valued and sold as an annuity.
On this basis, we are ideally looking for a CFO that has previously worked within a portfolio business of an infrastructure fund, or someone that has been CFO of a privately owned or PE backed construction, land development or property business.
We would also look at talented CFOs that have previously led and exited businesses in other spaces but what we can't consider are candidates that have been in divisions or subsidiaries of groups - this is not negotiable unfortunately.
