The opportunity
With a clear strategy and an implementation plan that is well underway, the business has achieved 250% growth over the last year and has a clear focus to continue growth in EBIT and multiple to become investment-ready within the next 5 years.
In return for equity in the business, your priority will be to deliver the strategy that will help the business maximise its financial performance and value.
50% of your role will involve dealing with internal customers, reporting to the board, delivering the long-term financial strategy, and the other 50% will involve dealing with external stakeholders including the finance and investment community to manage funding requirements, ensuring the business is investor ready and evaluating opportunities that will include potential acquisitions.

About you...
You'll have a record of delivering significant business growth as CFO or Finance Director.
You will have experience raising finance (£10m+), leading detailed due diligence and presenting to investors.
Whilst you will have the leadership skills to develop a comprehensive business support service function, you'll also enjoy rolling your sleeves up, having fun, and enjoying the journey.
