Requirements:

• Must have Private Equity portfolio experience as a CFO or in a top finance position.
• Demonstrated strong financial acumen and a track record of driving EBITDA growth.
• Proven experience in international business expansion and optimising financial operations.
• Experience working in a leveraged environment, managing cashflow and covenants.
• Experienced in international reporting.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
