Interim Chief Financial Officer required for specialist manufacturing business based in Leeds. The business has recently appointed a new Board and has a strategy to grow, whilst at the same time being part way through a restructure and efficiency exercise. They are seeking a commercially focused CFO from a manufacturing background, who will develop and deliver financial strategy as well as being resourceful with a ‘roll your sleeves’ up approach to deliver robust and insightful reporting to support decision making. Supporting the CEO to drive change and growth, the business requires an individual who has a strong grasp of costings, and who will lead and support the finance team.
