The Chief Operating Officer will act as a deputy to the Chief Executive and have overall accountability for the organisation’s operations.
You will play a pivotal role in leading and implementing a 5-year strategy aimed at improving operational efficiency and diversifying our income sources.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, passionate about maximising our team’s potential and be critical to our ambitions to be an equitable and modern grant maker. You will work collaboratively to drive growth and sustainability while ensuring our processes hold communities central to everything we do.
The Chief Operating Officer will lead efficient processes and systems across the organisation, be responsible for us having a decision-making structure that speaks to our values and will oversee the end-to-end customer journey for donors and community organisations.
