As Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Senior Leadership Team with motivation and clarity
- Assessing and optimizing the team's resources to achieve short-term goals and long-term growth
- Being accountable for the profit and loss, driving efficiency
- Operationally, strategize for business development within budget and timelines, implementing systems for data-driven decision-making, and driving continuous improvement
- Overseeing sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance with quality and legal standards, and facilitating effective communication across the business.
