SalaryCHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be the driving force behind our business growth and transformation journey, and to help execute our vision, strategy and objectives. Working collaboratively with the Managing Partner and the Finance Director, you will lead and manage aspects of day-to-day operations to optimise operational performance, employee value proposition, workplace culture, customer experience and financial profitability.
The COO will inspire high performance, operational excellence, inclusivity and business model innovation in a safety first and operationally-demanding environment, and help unlock the full potential of our Company as we continue the journey of growth and expansion.
You will assume accountability for the operational performance of the Company; provide visionary leadership to all direct reports; build and nurture effective relationships with key stakeholders; and champion the Company's vision and strategy through the effective communication and delegation of the Corporate Plan.
As well as a salary of £100-£120K, benefits include a car allowance of £10K; a flexible working environment; private medical insurance (after a qualifying period) for you and immediate members of the family; and 25 days' holiday.
