We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join our innovative and rapidly growing organisation. As the COO, you will be responsible for quality and services currently provided as well as the implementation, performance, and ongoing provision of any additional services.
Main Duties:

• A member of the Executive Team responsible for supporting the strategic direction and delivery of HUCs strategy.
• Supporting the development of the strategic plan for all services and accountable for its delivery to the required standards and capacity within the agreed budget.
• Leadership of the operations management teams to ensure that HUC provides a high quality, patient focussed service for commissioners whilst meeting the key performance indicators and service level agreements.
• Accountable for the mobilisation of all new services HUC are commissioned to provide.
• Create and maintain relationships with Key commissioners, stakeholders, and relevant organisation
