A Chief Test Engineer with experience in PCB manufacture is required for a busy company in the Bedford area.

As Chief Test Engineer you will lead and optimise the testing processes to ensure the production of high quality and reliable PCBA's. You will enhance efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed quality standards. Further responsibilities will be to drive continuous improvement in testing procedures, reduce defects, and contribute to the overall success and competitiveness of the PCB manufacturing site.

As a lead role you will be responsible for mentoring and developing the Test Engineering team.

Candidates will have proven experience as a Test Engineer within a PCB manufacturing environment. You will possess expertise in testing methodologies, tools and technologies relevant to PCB manufacturing, and an in-depth understanding of electronic components.

Alongside your technical skills you will have previous experience in the management and development of a team.
