Position: Child Health Care Worker

Location: Newcastle

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 1 / Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2-year experience working with children in a health care setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Valid CPD Healthcare online training (preferred).
