Are you a dedicated Social Work professional with a passion for positively impacting the lives of children in care? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team in Slough as a Children Looked AfterTeam Manager. In this role, you'll lead a team of committed Social Workers, providing high-quality support and care to the children and young people of Slough.
About the Role: As a Team Manager, you will provide effective leadership to our Social Work Team, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising and supporting Social Workers in managing complex cases, and prioritizing the welfare of our children and young people. You'll also promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration and professional Social Work qualification
- Substantial post-qualification experience in children and families Social Work
- Collaborative and supportive approach to work
