Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Children, Young People and Families Programme Assistant on a Permanent basis at the Mooring Sociable Club, based in Thamesmead.
A bit about the role:
As a Children, Young People and Families Programme Assistant, you will work in an operational capacity, supporting the project delivery, effective promotion, reporting and administrative functions for the Children, Young People and Family team across the boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley.
You will work closely with borough based and pan London organisations across the public, voluntary and private sectors to support the availability and accessibility of local services and opportunities.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Underpin the work of the team through the delivery of grass roots projects and the provision of wrap-around communication, reporting, and administrative functions.
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support our customers.
Play a lead role in localised communications and working with our central communications team ensuring that our programmes and services are effectively promoted to residents and the wider community.
This role will require an Enhanced DBS check.
A minimum of 2 days working onsite at the Mooring Sociable Club, Thamesmead.
