My client is a well established Child Care provider within the UK and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a registered Children's home Manager to take over one of their homes in the Shrewsbury area. This a registered home for children with complex care needs.
Some of the responsibilities for a Registered Home Manager will include;
Becoming Registered with Ofsted to manage the home.
Ensuring all home is managed to a high standard in line with Ofsted legislation.
Ensuring all staff are recruited, and supervisions and reviews are conducted .
To liaise with all outside agencies building relationships new and existing.
To provide support to all children within their home.
As a registered Children's home Manager you will need to have previously been within a similar position and have been previously registered as a managed with Ofsted. You will also need to hold a relevant Care Management qualification.
