Dovecote Manor Care Home, Bletchley, Milton Keynes 50k – 55k depending on experience and qualifications.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Manager to lead the teams and deliver outstanding care to the people living at our Dovecote Manor Care Home in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

Situated in the town of Bletchley, just outside Milton Keynes and close to Bletchley Park, our intimate home has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Dovecote is a 42 modern, purpose-built Care Home. The home is currently rated ‘GOOD’ in all KLOE’s by CQC and is part of the Excelcare portfolio – a privately owned Care Home group established for over 34 years.

About the role of Care Home Manager

• Experienced within a Care Home setting for older people.
• Passion and drive to always deliver ‘outstanding’ care.
• Previous experience as a Care Home Manager leading and developing strong teams.
• Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound business acumen and experience in managing budgets.
