SalaryAre you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new role Telford? We're seeking an experienced Home Manager for our client's new build Nursing home. This full-time role comes with an attractive salary of up to £65,000 Plus Bonus scheme and benefits.
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs. You will also be:
- Leading and managing teams.
- Overseeing recruitment and fostering colleague development
- Managing referrals and optimizing occupancy
- Nurturing customer relationships and implementing marketing strategies to ensure the sustainability and success of the business.
To apply, it is essential to have an NMC Pin. You will also require the following:
- Home management experience, within an specialist/complex care setting
- A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care Home Manager
- An NVQ in social care management
