As the leader and manager of the service, maintain registered manager status with the regulator and ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards. Manage people and resources to uphold high-quality care standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Drive service level business development and financial viability. Prioritize children's needs, ensuring they receive exceptional emotional and physical care in a safe, nurturing environment. Foster a supportive and enabling team that instils positive values and emphasizes the importance of children enjoying their childhood
