Servoca Recruitment are working with a local company who are recruiting a Registered manager to support a service based in East Manchester.
This stunning family style service houses 3 vulnerable young people who have a range of emotional behavioural disorders.
As the Registered Manager you will -
Ensure that the Children's Home provision meets with required inspection standards under OFSTED, and is delivered in accordance with the Children’s Homes.
Ensure positive outcomes are achieved through the delivery of high-quality support.
Work on Improvement Plans and overall strategic direction.
Ensure that the staff support children and young people so that they achieve learning outcomes, activities, school, hobbies, activities whilst ensuring dignity, respect, health, wellbeing and safeguarding of those in your care.
Supporting and managing the team.
Management of the finances and resources.
This list is not exhaustive and from time to time you may be required to undertake additional duties.
Requirements -
Proven background working with Children and Young people with Emotional Behavioural Disorders
NVQ/QCF level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
NVQ/QCF level 3 in Children and Young people or equivalent
Driver with own Car
