Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Senior Support Workers on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for supporting children with Learning Difficulties within a residential home setting. In addition to ensuring the safety and welfare of the children, you will also be responsible for the leadership and guidance of a team of support workers and assisting the home manager.

Job Role
· Meeting the needs of the Children and Young people in line with Ofsted regulations
· Organising and facilitating Social Activities
· Maintaining the home
· Responsible for staff supervisions, leading shifts, placement plans and risk assessments.
· Coordinating staff rotas
· Share of on-call duties
· Supporting educational needs of the children
Education, Skills and Qualifications
· NVQ 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
· 1 years’ childcare experience
· Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle is essential.
· Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
· Ability to work both day shifts and occasional sleep in shifts

Experience:
