We have a temporary vacancy for a Stores Administrator / Customer Coordinator to join the Customer Services team at our Engineering client based in Birkenhead.
Must have administration skills and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Training on quoting will be provided.
Key Duties & Tasks:
- Booking in repairs from stores and inputting onto system so that repair work can begin - this would require the person being physically in the stores.
- Information transfer for order book reviews
- First steps of quotation process with part identification and adding to buyers spreadsheet for costing to be obtained
Hours: 7.30am- 4pm, Mon to Thurs, 7.30am-12.30pm Fri.
