This role is situated within Targeted Service, supporting Making a Change and Intensive Family Support Teams. These teams provide high level support to young people and families, including those at risk for criminal/sexual exploitation with an aim to provide integrated children’s services and multi-agency response working closely with the Police and other external agencies.
The Right Candidate
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, self-motivated and confident individual to join busy administration team providing an administrative and reception support at a multi-functional facility at Beckside House, Beverley.
The role will consist of working alongside other colleagues to provide a wide range administrative support including minute taking, maintaining locality agendas, covering reception area, collating data, order processing/finance monitoring, and other administrative support, as required.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service, have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to a changing environment, including being agile to potentially work across the county if required. To undertake this role successfully you need to be customer focused, able to work easily within a very challenging environment, have excellent administrative and organisational skills and have the motivation and desire to achieve a high-quality service. You should be able to demonstrate effective use of a range of ICT systems/software packages.
A high level of customer service is required as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with highly sensitive material. Teamwork plays a vital role as does the ability to meet deadlines and work on your own initiative.
