As a Social Worker, you will work with children and families who need help to overcome challenges and improve their wellbeing. You will assess their needs, plan interventions, provide support, and review outcomes. You will also work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and families you support. You will also support, promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Work England
- Full Valid Driving Licence and access to a car.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and up to date with all developments in policies, and procedures
- Experience of assessment and management of risk to children within practice.
