In this adventurous role, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, meeting, greeting, and supporting them to ensure they have an extraordinary experience during their visit. Serving as an ambassador, our Chocolate Demonstrators deliver key information to visitors through presentations and demonstrations. Providing wonder filled advice, guidance, and information about the attraction to our guests, whilst maintaining a safe environment.
Going out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, informative and exciting visit and welcoming them into our chocolatey world. We have seasonal fixed-term roles available, with part time hours. Due to the 7-day nature of the business this will include school holidays, weekends, and bank holidays. Qualifications & Experience:

- Someone with excellent social interaction and experience working with members of the public
- Able to adapt quickly to changing situations and have a flexible approach
- Confident with presenting/demonstrating/public speaking
- Enjoy working as part of a team and being able to work independently without supervision
- Have a naturally courteous nature and an eye for detail
