Duties:
- Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with managing daily operations and tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and targets
- Experience with Rossetta POS, or any other ticket booking system is not essential but will contribute towards your application
- Any experience using Rosetta Bridge or Dolby interfaces is not essential but will contribute towards your application
- While an active interest in film is not essential, it will enhance your application
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work well in a team environment
