Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer -required for my client in their Oxfordshire office. The Civil Engineer is required to work for a consultancy which operate within the Civil and Structural engineering sector as well as the geotechnical and Infrastructure sectors. Due to an increase in workload a need for a new experienced Civil Engineer has arisen. The Civil Engineer will be working on a range of projects within roads, drainage, bridges, earthworks and retaining walls.

Civil Engineer Position Overview

• Prepare and review analysis & design calculations
• Preparation of technical and pre-planning reports
• Liaise with clients, project team members & local authorities
• Prepare outline and detailed designs of road and drainage infrastructure
• Co-ordinate projects & packages of work with minimal assistance
• Attend site and design team meetings

Civil Engineer Position Requirements

• BEng degree in a Civil Engineering discipline
• 3+ years' experience within a UK consultancy
• Experience in AutoCAD & Micro Drainage
• Commercial awareness
• UK Driving Licence
