Thatcher Associates is partnering with a regional Civil Engineering contractor that has a requirement for a Framework Manager to oversee preconstruction and project delivery on schemes within the Waste Water Industry.

The organisation is a privately owned regional Civil Engineering contractor that operates along the M4 corridor and in the Midlands. It has a strong track record for the profitable delivery of a broad range of Civil Engineering projects including infrastructure, highways, bridges and structures, flood defence and water related projects.
The Role
The company wishes to appoint a dynamic and experienced Framework Manager who can take responsibility for preconstruction and project delivery of wastewater schemes along the M4 corridor. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Early stage involvement with the client and design team to review and add value to the scheme design, programme and budget.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, engaging with major subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the client, design team, cost consultants and internal project managers, engineers and quantity surveyors.
- Oversee subcontractor management, including performance evaluations, contract compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor project progress against contractual milestones and deliverables, identifying and addressing any deviations promptly.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for senior management, providing insights into project performance and financial status.
