Key Responsibilities: As a Civil Litigation Solicitor in our well-established Chester office, you will be responsible for: * Handling a diverse range of complex Civil Litigation cases, including landlord & tenant disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, and contract disputes. * Independently managing your own caseload, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in case resolution. * Collaborating and liaising with third parties, such as Courts, Barristers, and Solicitors, to facilitate smooth case proceedings. * Providing supervision and guidance to junior staff members to ensure the overall success of the team. The Successful Candidate: The ideal Civil Litigation Solicitor will possess the following qualifications and attributes: * A qualified UK Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. * Demonstrable strong experience in Civil Litigation, showcasing expertise in relevant areas. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, displaying self-motivation and initiative.
