Salary Job Title: Civil/Commercial Litigation Solicitor orFee Earner
Location: North Wales
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
My client, a North Wales based firm are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil/Commercial Litigation Solicitor orFee Earner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of litigation matters, including civil litigation, commercial disputes, landlord and tenant issues, contentious probate, employment disputes, property disputes, professional negligence, and consumer matters. This role offers the chance to work on varied and interesting cases, providing valuable experience and professional development. Experience in all areas not necessary, as a degree of training can be given.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with expertise in civil and commercial litigation
Strong litigation skills and experience handling a variety of disputes
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional client service
Experience in some or all of the following areas is advantageous: business and contract disputes, landlord and tenant law, contentious probate, employment law, property disputes, professional negligence, and consumer law
