Douglas Scott are working with an established law firm in Cheshire for a Civil Litigation Solicitor 
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to join a professional and friendly Civil Litigation team, contributing to the continued success of an established law firm in Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle diverse Civil Litigation cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, and contract disputes.
• Manage an independent caseload.
• Liaise with third parties, including Courts, Barristers, and Solicitors.
• Supervise junior staff members.

Successful Candidate:
The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor will:

• Be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Demonstrate strong experience in Civil Litigation.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
