Civil Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage civil construction on Fawley, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BASIC DBS CHECK.

Duties:
- Supervise and manage operatives on Fawley from start to finish
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams

Skills:
- Proven experience in supervising civil construction projects
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Proficient in project management software
