Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for an experienced Civils Manager to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- To effectively manage civils teams; providing first-line support to both technicians and customer base; ensuring work is completed in a timely and professional manner - exceeding both client and customer expectations; liaising with various departmental associates to achieve customer satisfaction and installation completion.
- To develop civils teams through effective performance management measures; to create and nurture team motivation; to provide support and assistance - identifying development and technical training requirements as required; ensuring team and personal improvement and competence; coaching, mentoring, and disciplining.
- Compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental legislation and procedures.
- Maintain Quality of work in accordance with SLA and KPI
- Internal and external customer relationships are maintained in a professional and supportive manner.
- Reports are provided accurately and on time.
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
- Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on your licence.
- Hold a valid NRSWA full Supervisor Street works card, units 10 to 16.
- Have extensive working knowledge and supervisory experience on the Openreach Civils network and FTTH network.
- Have experience of working and building relationships with Local Authorities.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions.
- Self-motivated and flexible and have the drive to achieve the company and client’s targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental practices.
