- Coordinate with team members to resolve claim discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed reports on claim trends and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify any potential issues or risks.
- Provide training to team members on claim handling procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development.

Profile
A successful Claims Analyst should have:
- A degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
- Strong Excel and Systems exposure
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Advanced knowledge of logistics software and claim handling procedures.
