Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls to clients and other stakeholders.
* Providing support to clients with their claims.
* Advising clients on the claims process.
* Updating and maintaining records on the company's system.
* Working towards and achieving targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
