As a leading figure in the claim arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The InsuranceClaims Handler will be responsible for managing the end to end claims process.
In return, the InsuranceClaims Handlerwill expect a salary of up to £25,000, 25 days paid annual leave plus birthday, attractive pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 times your annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handling and settling domestic and commercial Subsidence claims
- Interpreting data, investigations and repair schedules
- Keeping the policy holder up to date with any progression on their claim
- Providing a first-class service to create the best customer journey possible
Skills & Requirements:
- Experienced InsuranceClaims Handler
- Cradle to grave claims handling experience is imperative
- Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met
