We are seeking a dedicated Claims Handler to join a busy team in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire claims process, from the first notification to settlement, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing technical advice. Full training will be provided to support your development in this role.
Day to Day of the role will include:- Handle all claim enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from notification to settlement.
- Provide regular updates and technical advice to clients throughout the duration of their claim.
- Assess the status of claims with clients, insurers, recovery agents, and solicitors to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain open communication with your Line Manager regarding any issues, queries, or concerns.
- Cert CII/Dip CII qualified would make a real difference to your contribution along with being educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
