Class 1 Drivers

Pure Staff Wolverhampton are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Drivers for our customer in Warrington. We have ASAP starts available for the right candidates. This role is 16 per hour, PAYE only.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees

This role includes 2 types of shifts

1.Store deliveries - role includes:

• Monday to Sunday work available.
• Start times are between 0300 and 0400.
• Can be mixed deliveries - chilled, frozen or ambient.
• Maximum 3 drops. Can be bay or curb side deliveries.
• The use of pump truck and tail lift is required to offload goods.
• Collection of pallets and cages also included.

2. Shunting - role includes:

• Monday to Sunday work also available. Afternoon start times.
• This includes collecting from the local warehouse and shunting to their site in Glasgow, Birmingham or Bristol.
• Shifts are 8 - 11 hours long depending on which site you're shunting too.
• Pump truck and tail lift may be required to offload goods.

You must be flexible to do both roles

You will require:

• Previous fridge experience and minimum 1 year on their licence.
• No more than 6 points
• Valid UK licence, CPC and DIGI card.
• Safety boots and hivis
