Classroom Teacher - Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of students with SEN.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
- Implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student development.
Qualifications - Classroom Teacher
- PGCE / QTS/ QTLS / Cover Supervisors & ECT / Unqualified Teachers
- Proven experience in teaching students with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and best practices.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
